Affiliate Terms

1) Eligibility

Affiliate participation is subject to approval. FBSPY can approve, reject, or suspend applications.

2) Commission

Commission rate is 30% recurring on eligible subscription payments from attributed customers. Holdback is 30 days. Cancelled/refunded payments are excluded.

3) Payouts

Minimum payout threshold is 30 USD. Payout requests require admin approval before PayPal send.

4) Attribution

Attribution uses referral code and signup cookie, with anti-self-referral checks.

5) Prohibited Conduct

No spam, deception, trademark abuse, cookie stuffing, self-referral, or multi-account fraud.

6) Termination

FBSPY may suspend or terminate affiliates violating these terms.
