Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program overview

The FBSPY Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commission by referring paying customers to FBSPY subscriptions. By applying, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission

  • Commission rate: 30% of each subscription payment made by a referred customer.
  • Commissions are recurring: you earn on every payment as long as the referred customer remains subscribed.
  • Commissions are subject to a 30-day holdback period from the payment date to cover refunds and chargebacks.

3. Payments

  • Payouts are made via PayPal only.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $30 USD.
  • Payouts are processed automatically on the 1st of each month.
  • FBSPY is not liable for PayPal fees charged to the Affiliate.

4. Attribution

  • Attribution is based on last-click — the most recent affiliate cookie set before signup wins.
  • Referral cookies are valid for 30 days.

5. Prohibited activity

  • Self-referrals: you may not use your own referral link to subscribe. Commissions on self-referrals are void.
  • Fraud: creating multiple accounts to generate artificial commissions is strictly prohibited.
  • Cookie stuffing or forced redirects are strictly prohibited.
  • Paid search ads bidding on branded FBSPY keywords require prior written approval.
  • Spam, misleading claims, and content that violates any applicable law are prohibited.

6. Termination

FBSPY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms. Outstanding commissions from confirmed payouts will still be paid; pending commissions subject to investigation may be withheld.

7. Changes

FBSPY may update these terms at any time with 30 days notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
